Terms of Service

1. Scope and provider

These terms apply to the use of LenzLog (website lenzlog.com and web app app.lenzlog.com). LenzLog is provided by Lenz Graphics LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”). Different terms of users do not apply.

2. The service

LenzLog is a nutrition diary as a web app. Depending on your plan it includes manual tracking, an AI coach that estimates calories and nutrients from text and photos, evaluations, reminders and further features described on our website. Values calculated or estimated by the app or the coach are estimates and may be inaccurate. We continuously develop LenzLog; features may change as long as the core of the service remains.

3. No medical advice

LenzLog is not a medical device and does not replace advice from a doctor, dietitian or other professional. Do not base medical decisions solely on the app. If you have health conditions, are pregnant or have (had) an eating disorder, please talk to a professional before changing your diet.

4. Account and minimum age

You must be at least 18 years old to use LenzLog. Your account is personal; keep your sign-in details and devices protected and tell us if you suspect misuse. Information you give us must be true.

5. Free use and trial

New accounts can use LenzLog Pro free of charge for 14 days. The trial ends automatically; you are not charged and no payment details are required. Afterwards you can keep using LenzLog for free with a reduced scope (in particular a limited daily number of coach messages) or subscribe to Pro.

6. Subscription, prices and payment

LenzLog Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription at the prices shown on our website and at checkout, including applicable taxes. Purchases are made through our reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record and your contractual partner for the purchase; the Paddle Buyer Terms also apply. Paddle offers various payment methods and issues the invoices.

The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless it is cancelled. We may change prices for future periods; we will inform you in good time in advance, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time in the app (“Manage subscription”) or via the link in your Paddle receipt. Pro remains active until the end of the period already paid for; after that your account continues as a free account with all your data. You can delete your account at any time in the app (More → Data); this also ends a running subscription immediately.

8. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Consumers in the EU and the UK have a statutory right of withdrawal, which is described in the Paddle Buyer Terms. In addition, we offer a voluntary money-back guarantee – see our refund policy.

9. Acceptable use

You may not misuse LenzLog, in particular: attack or overload the service, circumvent technical limits, access other people's accounts, share your access with others, use the app or the coach to create unlawful content, or extract data automatically. We may temporarily restrict or block accounts in case of misuse.

10. Your content and data

Your entries, photos and other content remain yours. You grant us the rights necessary to store and process them to provide LenzLog to you, including sending them to the AI coach when you use it. You can export your data at any time. How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy.

11. Availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, for example during maintenance, updates, outages of service providers or force majeure. We announce planned maintenance in the app where possible.

12. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under product liability law and as far as we have given a guarantee. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible and on which you may regularly rely), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise liability for slight negligence is excluded. Mandatory statutory provisions remain unaffected.

13. Termination by us

We may terminate free accounts with reasonable notice and paid subscriptions at the end of the current period. The right to terminate for good cause (e.g. serious misuse) remains unaffected. If we discontinue LenzLog, we will give you the opportunity to export your data and refund prepaid amounts for the period not used.

14. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for valid reasons (e.g. new features or changes in law). We will inform you at least six weeks in advance in the app or by email. If you do not object before the changes take effect, they are deemed accepted; we will point this out to you in the notice. If you object, either party may terminate the contract.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence continue to apply, and you may also bring proceedings there.
